Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide from Japan. Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days with Standard shipping; Express (EMS) is faster. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free shipping over a threshold in most regions.

What are your pieces made from?

Almost everything is 100% cotton, hand block-printed in India using carved wooden stamps. Because each piece is printed by hand, small variations in print and colour are natural — the mark of something made by a person, not a machine.

How do I choose a size?

Most pieces are Free Size with a relaxed, easy fit. Each product page lists exact measurements (length, bust, shoulder, sleeve) and the model’s height (162 cm) so you can compare. If you’re unsure or between sizes, email us and we’ll help.

How do I care for my UNIQKY pieces?

Gentle hand wash and dry in the shade. Hand block-printed cotton is delicate — avoid harsh detergents and direct sun to keep the colours soft and true.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at checkout, all in USD.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — please see our Refund policy for full details and timeframes. If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll make it easy.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Many pieces are limited and handmade in small runs, so some designs won’t return. If something you love is out of stock, email us and we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.
