Shipping policy

Each UNIQKY piece is prepared and wrapped by hand at our Tokyo studio before it makes its way to you. Every order ships tracked and insured via Japan Post.

 

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Prices are shown in USD. Any duties or taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

 

Shipping rates

Rates are based on real Japan Post international rates by destination and are shown at checkout:

• Asia — from $17

• Europe, Oceania, Canada & the Middle East — from $25

• United States — from $31

• Rest of world — from $29

 

Complimentary shipping on orders over USD $250.

 

Processing time

Orders are carefully checked and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods this may take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if so.

 

Delivery time

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination and local customs. These are estimates rather than guarantees, as transit and customs times can vary.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

 

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
