Refund policy

At UNIQKY, each piece is chosen and prepared with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their tags attached, in original condition.

 

To start a return, email us at uniqkydesign@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with simple instructions.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it, of course.

 

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the piece you want.

 

A note on handcraft

Our dresses are hand block-printed by artisans, so slight variations in colour and pattern are natural to the process and part of each piece's charm. These are not considered faults.
